Live fitness event with Roger Frampton

To celebrate the launch of the new season Sporting Goods range by Jack Wills, Men’s Fitness has teamed up with model and personal trainer Roger Frampton for the launch of his new book The Flexible Body: Move Better Anywhere Anytime In 10 Minutes A Day.
