Healthy smoothie recipe: Anti-ageing

This smoothie is designed to make you look and feel younger by improving brain function and skin quality and lowering blood pressure. It also contains protein to help your muscles recover and grow, and it’s vegan-friendly too.


  • Handful of blueberries (frozen or fresh)
  • ½ a banana
