  • Stand in a split-leg stance and hold a dumb-bell in both hands over one shoulder.

  • Keeping your back straight, step forward into a lunge and chop the weight down and across your body.
  • Keep your feet pointing forward and don't let your front knee go past your foot.
  • Repeat to the other side.
