Woodchop lunge, step 1
- Start from standing with your feet shoulder-width apart.
- Hold the dumb-bell above one shoulder, gripping it with one hand above the other.
Woodchop lunge, step 2
- Lunge forward, chopping the dumb-bell across your body as you go.
- It should end up next to your opposite hip.
