Medicine ball core rotation, step 1
- Adopt a stance that's just wider than shoulder-width apart.
- Hold the ball out in front of your sternum.
Medicine ball core rotation, step 2
- Twist to one side, keeping your core braced throughout.
- You should turn at least 90˚ during each rep.
