Ingredients (Serves One)

  • Handful of goji berries
  • Handful of blueberries
  • Handful of strawberries
  • 1 small banana
  • 100ml skimmed milk
  • Honey to taste

We turned to Myfitnesspal, one of the best weight-loss apps for calorie counting, to help us crunch the numbers and give approximate nutritional quantities for this recipe. The smoothie contains 274 calories, with 62g of carbohydrate, 6g of fibre, 6g of protein and 2g of fat.
