Chest And Shoulders Workout

A1 Flat bench press, 4x6

A2 Cable front raise, 4x6

Rest for 90 seconds

B1 Incline dumbbell press, 3x8

B2 Seated lat raise, 3x15

Rest for 90 seconds

C1 Weighted dip, 3x10

C2 Bent-over reverse flye, 3x20

Rest for 90 seconds

D1 Dumbbell shoulder press, 3x15
