  • Place weight plate on one end of bar only, secure with collar

  • Kneel in front of barbell and grasp it beneath your shoulders
  • Lean forward as far as you can pushing bar in front of you
  • Return to start keeping back straight throughout

Hanging knee raise

  • Hang from pull-up bar or rest on dip bars with feet hanging down
  • Draw knees up to chest
  • Hold for a moment and lower slowly to start without swinging 

Hanging side twist
