A tennis fanatic and former journalist, Will Grice now works in audience development. He has specialised in editorial strategy for the past six years and has worked on building the content strategy for Coach, The Week, The Sun and The Times.


He has played tennis for close to 20 years, playing competitively at school and club level alongside playing rugby at county level. After a brief break from the sport due to injury, Will took it back up in 2019 and currently plays for two clubs in north London and Hertfordshire, competing in both singles and doubles leagues across Hertfordshire and beyond. Will is also due to begin his LTA Level 1 Assistant Coaching qualification in 2023. He plays with the latest Prince ATS Textreme Tour 98 racket, and strings for players at his club.


He contributes to Coach’s coverage of tennis, and has also previously written for GQ, ShortList, Esquire, Hypebeast and The Independent, where he covered sports and lifestyle.


Will has a bachelor's degree in English Literature and Creative Writing from Liverpool John Moores University, and a masters degree in Magazine Journalism from City University, London.
