Two minutes of work, that's all we're asking you to do today.
We can understand it if you're wondering how you're going to get any kind of meaningful workout from a two-minute challenge. All we can tell you is that if you go for broke when doing it, you probably won't want (or need) to do any other training today, possibly even tomorrow. Here's how the 49th Friday Challenge works:

Do one minute of each of the following moves...
- Bent-over rows (40kg - or go for 1/2 bodyweight if that's too heavy or too light)
- Front squats (40kg
- or go for 1/2 bodyweight if that's too heavy or too light)
