The latest in our long line of Friday Challenges is all about pressing. And that's because you only need to do a few variations to get a challenging full body workout. Here's an example. Get stuck in:

Do four rounds of the following as fast as you can...
- 30 dumb-bell bench presses (10kg in each hand)
- 20 dumb-bell squat to shoulder presses (10kg in each hand)
- 50 dumb-bell jabs (alternate sides, 5kg in each hand)
