Men's Fitness Friday Challenge 14/01/11


You'll need four pieces of kit for this timed challenge – a gym ball, a bench and a pair of dumb-bells.

During the last 12 months we've not shown the gym ball much love. And given that it's one of the most versatile (it's good for flexibility, strength and balance work) and abundant pieces of kit in the gym, we thought it was about time to invite it to the Friday Challenge party. With that in mind, here's what we want you to do today...

Complete the following moves as fast as you can...
- 50 gym ball press-ups
- 100 gym ball crunches
- 100 dumb-bell step ups (alternate sides, 5kg in each hand)
